You guys know this rim. It's the only one I buy - including my 26" mtn bike. Mavic invented the modern seamless method of banding the rim together. The quality is superb and while not the strongest or lightest it still remains the high-end standard to beat. Never heard of this retailer before but Brands Cycle & Fitness gives EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I made a note in my online order to ship out ASAP and they actually responded and did their best. I was hesitant to make such a big purchase from a shop i had yet to do business with. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the service. It turned out the power meter that I originally ordered was no longer available. Instead of just canceling the order and telling me to kick rocks, the new version of the powermeter was given to me along with a free BB to make it all work. On top of that, the same great sale price was honored. Thanks!
