Brands' entire crew are knowlegeable, professional and courteous. They have a great inventory selection. I ordered the wrong part online. I called to see if they could help me identify the correct part. I promptly received an email from someone familiar with my bike's brand that contained a picture of the correct part and all of the instructions to exchange the wrong part that I ordered.
