I bought a 2018 sram red etap electronic group in Dec 2018. The price was excellent and the shipping pretty fast. Everything arrived perfectly: sealed sram original box, all the components inside in their flashy black/red sram boxes, nothing to complain about Couldnt be hapier. Kudos to Brands Cycle & Fitness

I ordered two pairs of mtb shoes; one for myself and one for my wife. The order came quickly. My wife’s were too small. So I re-ordered a large size for her and return the first pair to Brands. The second pair came very quickly and my credit for the first pair once received by Brands was quickly processed. The Brands salesperson I talked to for returning the first pair and ordering the second pair was extremely understanding and helpful. Hassle free exchange! I have absolutely no complaints w/ Brands and would use them again in a heart beat!

I bought a Wahoo KICKR trainer and it arrived earlier than what the website forecasted, which was great. The price was excellent, free shipping, etc. Overall, a good shopping experience.

The folks at Brands were easily accessible by phone which in this environment is a big plus. The also responded quickly to email inquiries. Will definitely be purchasing again from Brands in the future.
