fast ship, good service

I ordered a pair of cycling shoes at a great price but when they arrived they were bit snug. I called up the store, explained the situation and was told by a very friendly person, that I should send them back in and they will send me a size larger. She said I would pay for shipping them back (which I new already) but they would ship the other pair to me for free! That’s a great way to keep your customers coming back!

Wanted a legit cycling shoe to wear during spin class that gives me support during off-the-bike floor/plyometric/weight training work. Shoe is comfortable and sturdy on the bike, but allows for movement and flexibility on the floor as sole is flat and clip doesn't protrude. So far so good with 4 classes under my belt...
