Your accessories are garbage. Inexcusable how much noise you’re seat, and front box make. And to charge as much as you do. It should NOT BE DAMAGED! I shopped your website directly, to avoid that. If I wanted it damaged, I would have bought it on Amazon. I was going to buy 3 implements from you this year alone. You lost those sales!
