My order has still not been delivered 4 weeks after being dispatched. I have contacted Toll several times and their willingness to help has been poor if not pathetic. They initially tried to blame Covid delays however after I informed them their own tracking system showed the item being checked into their dispatch warehouse, they suddenly changed their tone to 'there must be a mistake'. I still have not been provided any further updates of where the order is, if they even have it or what they are doing to reimburse me. My company deals with freight forwarders on a daily basis, Toll consistently are the most unreliable! Maybe Wahoo should look for an alternate freight company. I have now purchased the parts from an alternate supplier who had them air bagged overnight and ready for collection the following day.
