Received my new Roam 3 quickly, but had issues syncing to phone and wifi. Customer support was very slow, 3 days between responses. First response was a generic parrot from tge help page on the website. After prompting for specific help I got little more assistance. Finally think I have solved tge problem/s myself.

The site implied the payment would be in Australian dollars. It wasn't and I had to pay significant international transaction fees.

Very happy with bike, Postage was a bit expensive considering it was shipped inside Australia. Also I was charged foreign transaction fees which shouldn't be the case considering the bike was shipped from Australia

Product is very average some times it picks up heart rate but it’s hit and miss at best…. Probably going to ditch it and get a whoop
