Very easy process, from purchase to delivery.

The treadmill was shipped quickly and arrived about 5 days after I ordered it. It was extremely well packaged (with wooden forms and bubble wrap) and was not damaged in shipping. A word of advice: demand a lift-gate from the freight company!
