It was simple to order the kayak from your website. I immediately received notification of doing so. Then received notification of shipping as well as tracking. The boxes showed up as stated during my purchase. The boat was double boxed to protect from any potential damage shipping could have caused. There was no obvious damage from shipping. All is great on this end.
