I was quite surprised when my order arrived just one week after I ordered it. I have been waiting for a shipment also from Texas for almost a month. Good job.

Everything was perfect but for one thing... I knew I wanted Acme whistles so I started at their website. They are in Canada, of course. Their website directs to two online retailers, Cosmo and Abrivo. Nothing there mentions that Cosmo servs Canada and Abrivo serves the US. I tried Cosmo but they don't ship to the US. I looked at your site but for some reason my browser didn't display the 211.5 whistles so I tried to order direct from Acne. They said to go to you for the US, and it was with some poking about that I found you are in NewJersey. And, the browser loaded correctly so I was able to place an order. It would have been less confusing if on Acme's site they labeled which retailer had which territory and/or if on your site's Acme Whistles page there is some indicator that you are their US online retailer.

Site was easy to navigate and select a product. Ordering was easy and a quality product was received without delay. Good experience!

Product as decribed. Fast shipping. The Acme 58 is the commander-in-chief of whistles. If you want to be taken seriously, you need to use this whistle, simple as that.

These whistles are great! We use them for our triathlon and they are loud, which is what we want on open water! Thanks
