Leaky at cupholder- when first inflated for Christmas gift, wanted to return, wow wouldn’t allow, says need to be done under warranty. Crappy design can’t repair leak point. Still waiting on replacement.

Shipped me the wrong product

They are sold out of the majority of the replacement tube inserts. They do not currently stock any replacement tubes for what they’re selling. Frustrating when you have a perfectly good cover and just a popped insert that you’re trying to replace. We will not be shopping at this company anymore.
