The package was prepared for delivery quickly, communication about my order during and after delivery was good. Since the package came from Canada to the USA, I was charged several dollars for customs that I was not aware of until checking my bank account. This was not disclosed during the order process, and would have been good to know ahead of time, but no big deal.
