Voler has great customer service. Items are shipped and received as communicated. I have never had a problem with receiving my items and the packaging is very good so no damage do far. I'll continue to order from VOLER.

Great cap!

Sizing has been a big issue with Voler with regard to bibs (in the same nominal size), but the last two pair of bibs have fit true to size. Voler is great about returns - it could not be easier, so it would be in Voler's best interest to make the sizing more consistent across the lines.
