Amazing customer service!

This coat has been a game changer for my cold water wild swimming practice. It's so incredibly cozy and keeps my body toasty before and after a swim. The lining dries my skin so quickly I can skip the rigorous towel dry-off that I used to do. I'm 5'3 and the XS is perfect while having plenty of room to change easily underneath. Can't recommend enough.
