As far a a business.. you make great products.. Standing behind your product.. I don't know.. a lifetime warranty use to mean something.. To put out a product and after a few years day your lifetime warranty doesn't apply anymore is kinda ...well crappy. I love your product but I have virtue boards for several of them and can't get any help in repairs. So how can I recommend your product?
