Got my bike in no time. I was also sent a complimentary bike lock. The color is wonderful ( Mango), it is easy to set up and easy to learn how to ride. I have recommended this bike to all my friends!

Great ebike for the price. Terrible instructions and marginal customer support.

Answered all our questions clearly. Shipping was timely and bike came very nicely packed and protected. Instructions for assembly were a little sketchy but overall the assembly was easy. Adjusting the front brake was a bit tricky but eventually got it right for a quiet ride and effective braking.

Shipping worked well. They always answered my email questions in a timely manner.
