Easy to find the bike I wanted, and easy to order. Didn't seem like anytime and I had it. Quality bike

My only real question is about replacement parts, and I have emailed the company and eagerly await a response!

Received bikes here in the Midwest in 7 days. Called twice to Velotric help line and had very good experience. Good job Velotric.

All as expected.
