Shipping took almost a month.

Shipping took almost a month. No updates on shipment till night before delivery on a Saturday night.. e-mail telling me it would be delivered next morning (Sunday)! I wasn’t home so that was a bit of an issue.. need better logistics!

Great ebikes, but need improvement

Great ebikes, but need improvement on communication. We got so frustrated trying to talk to someone that we nearly canceled our order and bought from another ebike company! Remember many older folks are buying ebikes but our generation prefers to speak to a person versus e-mail or virtual assistant. Best to your company but I hope you improve the communication to match the product. By the way, once we spoke with someone it was fine but having to call 20 plus was a huge frustration.

I am now receiving texts messages from Velotric for sales of my same bike for hundreds less than I paid for it. That's just rude. Can I have a refund of the difference?
