Very disappointed in your return policy . I ordered a pair of Nautica hands-free ski boots and they didn’t fit so I returned them and ordered a new pair or skews me a different size and they fit. Then I received a reply saying that they would charge me $13 to return this item that didn’t fit properly I know where did I say before I ordered that if they didn’t fit that I would be charged a return fee. What I’m most disappointed in is that most companies allow for you to return items that don’t fit. Wendell black.

I ordered a pair of rollerblades, tried them at home one time and *ONLY on hardwood floors. You then stole $50 dollars from me saying the rollerblades were in USED condition. A person has the right to try on the rollerblades to find out they do not fit. I had planned to return and get the right size from you, but your customer service was terrible. I will be sharing my story not only to my my social media following but also on YouTube and my podcast channel. Deeply disappointed in your company. I will never order again or recommend anyone to ever order from you.
