Missleading presentation

I went on the website to order a present for my son: a complete base layer. I saw presented the top and sometumes the lower part of this and sometimes the model was wearing both so I stopped at a style I liked, the model was wearing the whole so I thought I am buying the complete...looking at the price I was sure it was both top and low. No time to read descriptions or to guess what is hidden behind this. Received the package 2 weeks later... just the top. I find you are missleading people by the way you present product. Very disapointed. I couldn't find anymore the pants going with the top I bought.

Shipping the bindings I ordered has been very slow, probably beyond your control due to problems in b.c.due to weather related events. Still haven't received order, maybe a problem with your courier's routing.

New Delivery Service Required

Hi, The online shopping experience was fine in the Oberson website - but the delivery service Nationex is terrible, still haven't received my package and they won't pick up phone calls.

Long Shipping

Still waiting for my package and I get the how was your experience email. Their tracking is awful, they use nationex but their website just tells you when they pass it onto another shipper, I'm assuming Purolator or UPS. But they don't give you a tracking number for that courier so you're left in the dark when your package is arriving.
