It didn’t take me long to find what I was looking for it was great

I recently called TYR's Customer Service number with a problem. I could not find on-line the item I wanted. The consultant searched her database and provided the item's ID to use in a search on-line. I found the item and quickly purchased it. The help was much appreciated.
