I love my 20 pound vest!!! At first when I put the 20 lbs vest on I thought, "Dang, I should have gotten the 10-pound. What was I thinking?" Truth be told, my first couple walks with it on I went too far from my house and ended up calling my partner to come and pick me up in the car. haha. But, pretty quickly I was feeling stronger and stronger. Within a couple weeks I was walking 6-7 miles with the vest on. It feels amazing and I am definitely stronger!!
