Trident service was excellent. Shipping notifications were fast and accurate. The only thing I didn’t realize was a signature was required for the rod based on the type of shipping I selected. The opportunity to cast the rod and return it if I didn’t like it was the ultimate decision maker for me. Of course, I kept the rod, but the option was top tier service. Highly recommend Trident.
