OLD MAGENTO

Just purchased a #3 TFO rod through Trident via internet order. That was my first experience with them. Customer service was great. Online purchasing was smooth and quick. Good experience overall. I will be a repeat customer.

Somehow managed to bend the spool on my Sage ESN reel. Ordered a new spool from Trident. Came loaded with the perfect amount of backing with some manner of great loop knot already tied to the end. Looked kind of like a Bimini Twist but smoother. Not sure what it was, but great job Trident staff.

Prompt service and shipping and well packed. I purchased fly line along with the reel and Trident shipped it wound with backing and a perfect fill.
