First shipment horrible damaged and missing items but customer service took care of it with no hassle and sent another right away and much better shipment

Very well designed machine with strong durable materials. Very clear instructions. A couple of difficult to assemble bolt situations because of limited access and visibility but surmountable with a little patience. Packet numbering is not accurate after #24.

Since the pandemic began, I've ordered a lot of equipment. My sled was packed better than any other product. It was easy to put together. Here's the cool part. My wife gave me the side eye about another piece of equipment for my home gym that will never pay for itself based on fitness facility payments. She loves the sled and uses it almost every day.
