I recently bought the lobster and crab cracker set and received it partially opened and missing a cracker. I called and got a real person right away who was not only helpful but pleasant to talk with and immediately sent me a follow up email and a tracking number for a new cracker! Very impressed with the quality of the product. Worth the money if your a lobster or crab eater!
