My son asked me to buy it and then let me use it. Now when he leaves for college I will need another. The deep massage from the TheraGun relieved my tight and sore muscles. At first we used several times a day and now we use several times a week. My quads, hamstrings, knees and shoulders don't hurt anymore and my exercise routine is easier and more fun. Intense! I think I underestimated the direction to give treated muscles time to recover; not unlike seeing a professional masseuse, your muscles can be sore the next day. Drink water and follow the directions- this thing is serious and awesome.
