Love how the theragun loosens tight muscles and alleviates the aches and soreness. I'm excited to have it for after my 3rd and final knee surgery coming up. It's a little loud, but you get used to it!

I see lots of athletes from different sports in the ads for TheraGun, like Crossfit, endurance sports and professional basketball players, we have a ballet studio,and train dances from 3 years old through adult professionals, so I wan't sure what to expect this to do for our dancers. But, both the alignment specialist and the dancers love what the TheraGun does for release, deep muscle work on their calfs and thighs, not to mention what it does for foot pain. This is a serious tool with many uses for athletes of all different sports, it does an amazing job and is worth every penny.

I rarely (if ever) write reviews, but felt compelled to do so as this is one product which lives up to the marketing hype! I bike, run and play a lot of tennis so my quads and calves feel a lot of tightness and soreness (as I am now 43). The TheraGun has helped recovery time tremendously and while not a replacement for proper stretching, it really accelerates and enhances recovery after a workout.
