Was on the fence about getting this, but it is well worth the money! Saves time over using the ball/foam roller and highly effective! The only con is the sound! I have a daily routine with it now and feel less tight now.

We can all agree that time is money. Well I used to spend anywhere from 15-20 minutes before a workout to “feel” ready to warm up/workout and then I’d spend another 10-15 minutes after to properly stretch and work on mobility so that I won’t have to extend my already long stretching beforehand. With the theragun I used it for 5-10 TOPS and my entire body is as loose as if I did an hour of yoga. I’m able to really get in tight spots and affect my range of motion and overall mobility much better than static and dynamic stretching alone. By far the greatest mobility tool I own and I have foam rollers, lacrosse balls, scraping tools etc. Theragun helps prevent and put out fires consistently and efficiently. With the time and pain prevention I save, I would say this pays for itself honestly. No more trips to get deep tissue massages anymore for this guy.

The amount of respect they have for their consumer base is unparalleled. It makes sense that it’s run by Doctor Jason, because they have the vibe of a small town medical practice. Where the Doc is more of a revered community leader than the guy you see when you’re sick.

I learned about the G2PRO in an article on ESPN.com. Between my three boys and their friends that compete in football, basketball, baseball,lacrosse, and motocross. They are all amazed how it works out knots and loosens muscles in such a short time. My wife and I use it every night after work and before we exercise.
