The day I received my G2PRO I was excited to try it out. Unfortunately it was missing the battery pack. I immediately contacted costumer service and they resolved my issue. In two days I received my battery and to my surprised they made it right by giving me an extra one for the inconvenience. I use my G2PRO daily and having that extra battery helps for when I want to use my G2PRO longer or on my family. Get yourself a second battery its worth having it. Thank you for the great costumer service. I feel it was money well spent since it has helped me after 3weeks get rid of my sciatica and my elbow pain that came about from a car accident. I can squat and deadlift once again and that alone makes this piece of equipment worth while for me.

I recently purchased and received my G2PRO. Best investment I made as far as recovery tools. The G2PRO makes warming up and cooling down easy compared to foam rollers and lacrosse balls. The G2PRO is great between sets as well. I love my Theragun.

Tremendous tool for every member of the family to alleviate aches and pains. There is nothing else like it on the market!
