So I'm a fitness instructor and due to overuse, I have developed hamstring tendinitis. My hamstrings and calves are always super tight and cause a lot of pain and lack of mobility or range. I have tried everything from PT to Sports therapy to massage and hand held massagers. Some give some relief but not enough. I have had m eye on the wonderful tool for a while now but didn't take the plunge because of the price. Then I went a fit expo one saturday and that changed everything. I had 6 workouts that day to earn more CEC's and I was dying that day. Everything was so tight and sore. So I saw the Theragun booth and kept stopping by. They had the theraguns on display and were using them on people as demos. I kept having the sales team use them on my hamstrings and it got me through the day. So there was my sign if I was looking for one. And they were offering a discounted price. So I did it and got one! Best purchase I have ever made for myself and my recovery. It's literally amazing how it makes me fee better after and before my classes. Thank you =)
