I was really surprised at how quickly I received my deep percussion Theragun device. The device, case, battery, attachments, and booklet were in top working order. The receipt, bill, and acknowledgement of paid warranty, was not included, which was unsettling, though. Thank-you Therabody.

Customer service is okay -- slow to follow up after initial discussion (at times didn't at all and I found my own solution). Site is a mess and frustrating to use as a customer, especially when trying to check out (need better SEO team).

Ordering and shipping was easy and fast. I assume customer service is great too. So far a great experience.
