shipping was great

Service was great - however a couple things. I made my purchase online and received a confirmation for purchase. All correspondence died after that. I didn’t get a shipping notification or tracking info. The virtual agent I chatted with online told me it was on the way - offering no tracking info. I tried calling the phone number (for cancellations) listed on your website to get that information. I was connected to a shady operation in India who could not tell me what company they worked for. They asked a bunch of personal information that I did not provide. Finally I emailed and got the tracking information from a knowledgeable agent. As the device isn’t cheap, and you guys are using fed ex, who are notorious for leaving packages in open areas to be stolen, that tracking info is important to the customer to ensure they get the product. I think that this had been a one off as I purchased items through your company before and never received this much hassle
