The product is well designed and easy to use. I have bought other attachments that are very helpful. The customer service representative answered my questions and provided me with the best service I have had in a long time. The only thing that should have been thought of when designing the carrying case is to allow space for extra attachments. Unfortunately, the extra attachments, especially the very soft ones, must remain in their original box which is not practical when you need to use your Theragun. I must take with me the carrying case and two boxes in order to have everything close by. The YouTube videos are very helpful and remind you how to use your Theragun safely and correctly.
