Great design, right weight, size. The relief of pain is unquestionable and quality of life gained with it too! My only disappointment (just because I travel a lot and can't live with out this anymore) is that it doesn't come with different AC plugs and the ones available to purchase separately come with another charger which is unnecessary. Other than that is great!

Excellent product

The primary use was to relieve the tight muscles around my sciatica and it works wonders! It relaxes everything around the nerve, and with a few stretches after it goes away. The secondary use is before and after exercises, I find it greatly reduces muscles soreness and gets me back up and going quicker the next days! I recommend the at least the prime as the handle allows to get your back easily. I've tried the more expensive models and for personal use I'm satisfied with the prime.
