The website was easy to use. I ordered a reach pole with hook and life ring & rope, they are good quality, reasonably priced, packaged well and shipped promptly. As a municipality we are tax exempt - it was easy to indicate that on the website. Many websites are difficult to order tax exempt or cause a long delay. I would order from them again.
