I needed a new lifeguard chair quickly. The LIfeguard Store's website offered the LG505 cheaper than everyone else and provided next-day delivery for $29 for a 75lb package so I jumped on it. But I got a call some hours later saying the website should never have allowed that. After some minutes of very considerate explanation, I accepted the issue. But TLS's rep took his service a step further and offered to provide ground delivery for the $29. And surprisingly, the package arrived in just three days. So, it was an great experience all around.
