Alternator part was shipped damaged but then it was fixed and shipped in a timely manner

I understand the time of year had alot to do with the time it took to deliver. But to get the item finally and it be the wrong thing. . . . not mad. Just expected better.

Have not received my items yet

Did not get response when trying to locate my package that was not delivered

Had to reorder what I needed 3xs before the order was right. SO FRUSTRATING!!! When I finally received the correct order it was 1 item short which they ran out of and apparently not getting any more. However, the customer service rep spoken with was outstanding and was very helpful and customer friendly, making it as good as it could be in the end.
