I have made several attempt to contact the company via email seeing since there is no phone number on your web site or even if you google the company. The treadmill screen cuts in and out and does not work propertly. I have been having this issue since day one. I also attempted to get a return on this item with in my time alloted. and no responce.... i would not recomend this company ..

I paid for “white glove” service and the shipping took a month and a half. No one would give me updates on delivery unless I called. Got told they would “call me back” each time and they never called back. It was finally delivered. The delivery guys were great and the product is pretty good. Customer service is non-existent. That’s why I give the low rating.

The desk arrived with a defective part, the install “white glove” delivery was terrible, and despite repeated attempts to contact any type of customer support I have heard nothing back. So I paid an outrageous amount of money for a desk that took two months to be delivered and doesn’t even work. And I have no way to get it fixed because there is zero customer service. Overall, my experience has been terrible.

I bought my treadmill in July of 2021. It worked a couple of times before breaking. To make a long story short, it is still broken. There have been multiple times of sending the wrong part or simply not responding to messages for weeks at a time.
