It was a great birtday surprise.

I love the bag, the look and feel of it is fantastic. Although I feel the only comfortable way to wear the bag is to loosen the straps a lot because if you try to keep it tight they do not sit on your shoulders well. I realize this may change and loosen up over time as the bag really wears in, or may not even be a problem w/ a different color/material. Just a little constructive criticism from a big supporter. Might be worth lookin at a redesign of how the back straps connect to the top of the backpack. That being said loosening up the straps makes me feel young and hip again! Hell of a bag from a killer company & the white contrasts beautifully w/ my black douchebag.
