Terramar approved my return right away though charged me return shipping for a product that was poorly designed. Very disappointed.

Will never purchase directly from the company again. Disappointing, because we were very pleased with the products.

Wrong address working with Teramar to fix

Terramar Sports has terrible customer service. They didn’t cancel my order in time and didn’t refund me for shipping the order that I ASKED NOT TO SHIP COUNTLESS TIMES. Don’t buy from this terrible company.

I’m not sure what else I can say - I have replied by email and filled out the two form you sent me. Once we get a final response from you regarding our lost package, then I can leave an honest review.
