I ordered a Babolat Pure Drive 2021 with factory stings - instead I got a Babolat Pure Drive with plain white synthetic Head brand strings - so my sexy new racquet looks awful. Customer service not helpful. If you order factory strings you should get a racquet strung at the Babolat factory with the brand mark - not one strung at a tennis centre with the cheapest string you sell… next time I buy somewhere else and will not recommend tennis gear. Details matter particularly when you sell premium items…

The wilson blade i purchased was i childs model It had an extremely small head I am disappointed in my purchase

Delivery missing 2 tins of balls , rang through to get sorted, advise would be sent out no problem, then nothing. Still waiting.
