Only ok, never readily give advice, very short responses

I've been keeping an eye on a particular brand and ordering from Tennis Gear was simple. The racquets arrived in a reasonable time but one of the frames was off spec (-5 grams and a few points HL). It would help if the two racquets delivered were close to spec or at the very least actually the same as each other.

Always had difficulty trying to use online chat, either took over 24hrs for response or no response at all. First order was okay, second order did not really get what was expecting as per promotion then no response from customer service. Probably wouldn't order again now..

No proper return policy for expensive purchase. Not soo good

Shipping was fine. Product sizing guide totally inaccurate and the product itself actually unsuitable for playing tennis ... which is what they are supposed to be for.
