Although TennisGear made the mistake of sending unstrung rackets, they quickly turned around and corrected the error, sent a new pair of strung rackets and provided a goodwill reimbursement and discount. Will I shop here again after this? Yes... Though I may follow up the order with a phone call just in case ;)
