My Tempo unit allows me to workout at home on my schedule. The classes and programs are great. The coaches push you and give helpful tips and encouragement throughout the workouts. I love that everything is contained within the unit (I.e., weights, foam roller, barbell, dumbbells, heart rate monitor, mat) and it looks sleek. This is exactly what I’ve been looking for! Would give 5/5 stars, but only 4 would populate
