I love Tempo!!

After weighing options between the various at home gyms or fitness equipment, Tempo was the choice that seemed best for my partner and I. We don't have to leave the house to get a good lift or stretch in and there's no excuse not to workout, even if just a 10 or 20 min class. Tempo is easy to use and has awesome features.

I love my Tempo. It really has brought me that extra element to my workouts. I use to just to 3-4 miles of walking 6x week now I alternate between that and using Tempo for strength training and recovery. It feels as if you are working with a personal trainer in your home. Like all things, there are some downside like the wait to get it and the fact that I was making payments for close to 3 months before it even arrived. Customer service did look into the delay but did little to offer anything to make up for the fact I waited so long and was paying for it during that time period. I do want to see better ways to search for classes like added filters. I would love to see them add some boxing classes too. Overall though this is a great product and it really has made a difference in my workouts and life. I can't wait for the apple watch integration too.
