A must have for your home gym
Before quarantine, I worked out solely at fitness studios - spin, kickboxing, lifting, climbing - you name it. As long as someone was leading me, I was golden. Then March hit and I was challenged with how to motivate myself. After purchasing my Peloton and loving it, I realized what I was still missing was strength training with feedback. After some research, I found Tempo. I worked out the day I got and not every day since. I love it!
