All of the trainers are awesome and the workouts are challenging.

It was a long wait to receive and i wish the live classes were restarting but so far i am in love with my Tempo and am enjoying having a gym in my house with such good coaches and so much choice.

Tempo is the whole package. It comes with weights, dumbbells, and a barbell. There a ton of great programs to get you started on a new workout journey or add to what you already know. The support from the Tempo team is great and responsive. The Facebook group is really fun to be a part of as well. The only issue is that at some point you will out grow the weights it comes with and there are not any large weights in the works from Tempo.

My life literally changed after I received Tempo! I feel encouraged to exercise, specially following the exercise plans that Tempo Offers.

I've always been in gyms, like F45 and Crossfit. I never liked the class schedule and the environment. But Tempo is the best of all the gyms. Its also really pretty.
