Great overall experience!

I've bought multpile items from Tactical Asia, and I have never encountered an issue with any of it. Very professional and accommodating staff. If you report a defective item, they would immediately present options to you, not the usual, "We'll have to investigate..." script. They also respond in a timely manner. Even the delivery time is ahead of schedule, even to provincial addresses and during quarantine period. I don't think I'll buy from another online store when it comes to tactical stuff.

Tactical Asia Sells 100% Genuine Stuffs

Tactical Asia is my go-to online store if I wanted genuine EDC/tactical stuffs. Service is good and delivery is prompt. I'm not a prolific buyer of Tactical Asia. So far, I've only bought 3 knives, 2 lights, a keychain and a can opener from them for 4 years already. All deliveries are, as I've stated before, very prompt. The first time I've bought from them, I was surprise by the speed. Being out here in the province, I'm forced to buy online from time to time. And I will say that Tactical Asia is the fastest online seller in my experience. All items that I received from them were all properly packed. And I have yet to received damaged or defective item from them. Am I just lucky? Maybe, but I have received damaged or defective items from other sellers. Furthermore, I have been spoiled by the vast choices in their catalog. And if what I wanted is not there, I just fill up their Request for Quotation form. I got my Kabar EK44 from them this way. Of course they were not able to get all that I wanted. But IF they can get it, they will definitely get it for you.

Fenix ARE-X2 Battery Charger

I ordered the Fenix ARE-X2 battery charger along with two other items- the Nitecore HC30 headlamp and two Nitecore 2600mAh 18650 batteries. I had long wanted to try 18650 tech- lights and batteries. My existing collection of EDC & trekking lights all run on AA batteries. The Fenix ARE-X2 charger worked fine charging my Nitecore 18650 batteries. Out of curiosity, I tried charging a generic, flat top 18650 battery that we salvaged from a cheap handheld fan months ago. It didn't work. I think this Fenix charger prefers button-topped 18650 batteries. No big deal for me- I intend to invest only in branded, button top 18650 batteries anyway. This Fenix charger is basic in features but it meets my current needs and initial criteria- reputable brand, small & light, accepts various battery sizes and lastly, sells at a good price. And hats off to Tactical Asia again for another prompt delivery!
