Haven’t received yet over a month since ordered

Product didn’t arrive

Paid and waited 4 weeks for the product to come into stock, which I agreed to and was happy with. Chased the team a few days after stock had been received and the item posted, was advised the order was fine and postage simply takes a while. Waited another week, no movement on delivery therefore i chased again and was advised of an issue with the order, which meant the order needed to resent out. Advised I was not willing to wait any longer and requested the item was sent via express post, which it was and I received it a few days later. The item itself is great, well made and we’re very happy with it, shame the ordering process let things down.

Took 16 days to arrive instead of 2-8days as quoted. Too late for a birthday gift

I received my tent that is supposed to be 3.2kg and its definitely heavier. Even the shipping label said 5.6kg. So as much as it doesn't sound heavy trying to lug that and all your other things and children is tricky. Both zips are super poor quality and had holes in them where its not meant too, I ended up fixing it but im worried it will happen again. There are also lots of loose threads, the poles also pop out of the bottom. The top of the tent was scratched which doesn't affect use but I expected better for the price. Not sure if I got a returned tent as the other reviews are great and why I chose this site. Definitely not worth it in my opinion.
